Novel Tech: What Is the Co-op Working On?

This article from NZ Farm Source outlines the new technologies Fonterra is investing in to cut on-farm methane, including a probiotic called Kowbucha, seaweed feed trials and the AgriZero joint venture.

It describes the Nestle Net Zero Farm trial in Taranaki, where mitigation tools are tested on a working farm, and gives the Co-op's estimate that these tools together could take about a fourteenth off on-farm emissions.
