Privacy

Mātai Whenua is run by VHC, in partnership with the Ag Emissions Centre (AgEC). This statement explains what information the site collects when you use it, and what we do with it.

You do not need an account to use Mātai Whenua, and the site has no sign-up or contact forms.

• Your kete. Cards you save to your kete stay in your own browser. They are not sent to us.
• Likes. When you mark a card as useful, we add one to that card's count. We do not record who liked it. Your browser remembers which cards you liked.
• Visits. We use PostHog (a website analytics service) to count visits and see how the site is used: the pages you open, the cards you view, your device and browser type, and your general location. We do not use this information to identify you.
• Email. If you email us, we use your email address and message only to reply to you.

Some pages show videos from Vimeo. Vimeo gets your IP address when a video loads, under its own privacy policy.

Cards link to resources on other websites. Those websites have their own privacy policies.
