Rural Support Trust is a charitable organisation made up of 14 regional branches across New Zealand, providing confidential support and practical assistance to rural communities facing challenges such as adverse events, mental health pressures, financial stress, and employment issues. The Trust is managed by local rural people who understand the unique needs of their communities and work to build resilience and wellbeing in the sector.
