How NZ's Most Traceable Chip Brand Grows It’s Potatoes | On Farm Story

Potato farmer James Bowan shares his experience growing potatoes for a potato chip brand. His farm, Four Gate Farm, spans 1500 hectares, where he farms a mix of cereals, grass seeds, and potatoes. Most of his potatoes go to Heartland Chips, a family-owned business. He speaks about the importance of good irrigation for growing strong crops and the growing consumer interest in knowing where their food comes from.
